Special Order is any project that starts with a completely individualized customization. References and ideas of the most diverse nature are then translated into a unique and exclusive piece.

All of our items have the potential to become a Special Order: album, box, notebook, maternity frame, or a completely new product. Personalization is done through embroidery, mosaic, watercolor, calligraphy and/or hot stamping techniques.

How does it work?

Fill out the form below.

The customer service team will contact you to schedule a meeting to define the customization. Once all the details of your order have been defined, your quote will be sent within seven days.

Once the budget has been approved and payment has been made, the layout of the chosen item will be sent for approval within ten business days. If you are purchasing a photo album, this is when the photos must be sent for layout or development.

4.

Once the layout and layout of the photos have been approved, if applicable, we will begin production. The process can take between 35 and 80 days, depending on the complexity of the order.
