Special Order
1) Will the embroidery look exactly like the layout?
No. Because these are products and embroidery made entirely by hand, some details may not be identical to the layout. Furthermore, it is not possible to reproduce certain embroidery techniques exactly (such as watercolor, color gradient, etc.).
2) How many times can I request changes to the layout or layout?
We do not charge for the first 2 changes to the embroidery layout or diagram. From the third change request onwards, an additional fee of R$ 150.00 is charged.
3) How much does embroidery cost?
Embroidery prices vary according to the type and size of embroidery. To receive a presentation with the complexities, please contact our customer service team: +55 11 97115-0488.
4) Can the album take less than the minimum time?
Yes, but we can only guarantee that this will be possible in your case after the layout has been approved. Therefore, if your deadline is shorter than the minimum production time, we suggest that you choose one of our products available on the website or a gift card.
5) Is the cost of the embroidery added to the cost of the album?
Yes, because it is possible to do more or less complex embroidery on all types of album.
Photo Albums
1) What types of albums are there?
We work with 2 types of albums (traditional album, with blank sheets, for developed and glued photos; and photo album, in which the photos are printed in high resolution, directly on the photographic sheets) and 2 sizes (20x20 cm and 30x30 cm).
Traditional Album (Cameron or East): the album is sent with a blank core, so you can develop and paste the photos yourself; 30x30 cm R$ 740.00, 20x20 cm R$ 640.00. If you prefer, you can hire our development and assembly services, which costs R$ 1,490.00. Choosing this option, the total value of the album would be R$ 2,230.00 (30x30 cm album) or R$ 2,130.00 (20x20 cm album).
And how many photos fit?
For the 30cm x 30cm album (80 pages) – Cameron Album:
Up to 240 photos (all 10x15 cm)
Up to 160 photos (all 13x18 cm)
Up to 130 photos (100 photos 13x18 cm and 30 photos 20x25 cm) - MH Studios signature
80 photos (all 20x25 cm)
For the 20cm x 20cm album (80 pages) – East Album:
80 photos (all 10x15 or 13x18)
Photo Album (Wilson or West): the album is made with the photos printed directly on the sheets - for this option the price of the 30x30cm album is R$2790.00 and the 20x20cm is R$1890.00, this price already includes the layout and printing.
And how many photos fit?
For 30cmx30cm album (60 pages) – Wilson Album:
Up to 240, but we suggest up to 160 photos;
For 20x20 cm album (60 pages) – West Album:
Up to 80 photos.
If you want to include more photos, you can purchase extra slides, but only by email.

2) What glue should I use to stick my photos?
We use acid-free double-sided tape to assemble the album.
3) What type of photos and material are most durable?
Both types of photos and all types of material have the same durability. We only suggest that they are always handled with clean hands and, when necessary, cleaned with a dry cloth. If you prefer to protect your album with a glove or a box, see the options here. (hyperlink)
4) When the assembly is done by MH Studios, do the photos come with corners?
No, the photos are glued without corners.
5) What paper and weight should I use to develop the photos?
We suggest regular photo paper, with a traditional weight of 150g to 180g, matte, and with white edges.
Deadlines and Deliveries
1) How long does it take for my order to be ready?
Our production time varies according to each product. The time starts counting from the confirmation of your order, except for albums with photo montage/printing. In this case, the time starts from the receipt of the photos. Check this information directly on the product page, adding the product to the cart and providing your zip code.
Deadlines are subject to change without prior notice.
2) What if I need the product before the deadline?
Urgent orders or orders with a specific delivery date must be placed by email and are subject to availability and an additional fee (25% of the order value) will be charged.
3) What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on the zip code, shipping company and shipping method chosen by the customer. To calculate the delivery time, simply enter your zip code in the field available in your shopping cart. After entering your zip code, click CALCULATE. The delivery time and cost will then be displayed on the right side of the shopping cart. When purchasing more than one product, the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time.
4) How are deliveries made?
Our deliveries are made by carrier (Mandaê) or by the Post Office. The delivery may be made by third parties, as long as they are responsible for the delivery. We will make a single delivery attempt. If we are unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange the best way to receive the product. A second attempt may generate a new shipping cost. Deliveries by mail and carrier follow the deadline, payment, delivery and receipt rules defined by the companies themselves.
5) Is it possible to schedule delivery?
No. Urgent deliveries must be arranged by email and are made during business hours. It is also possible to choose to collect the product from our office.
6) How much does shipping cost?
On the "Shopping Cart" page, you can calculate the shipping cost for your order. Simply enter your zip code in the shipping field and click "Calculate". For deliveries in the city of São Paulo, you can pick up the product at our office.
7) Is it possible to change the delivery address?
After choosing the product, going through the shopping cart and completing the identification, you will need to confirm the delivery address. It is possible to register more than one delivery address for your orders. To do so, simply fill out the form and click on the "Save" button and on "Use this address”. You can also edit an existing address or delete it. For orders already placed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
