Photos must be sent numbered to our customer service team at the email address: ajuda@mhstudios.com.br via WeTransfer. Please include your name and order number in the subject line of your email.
We recommend sending 130 to 160 photos so that they are arranged harmoniously.
The price of the album includes sending the layout for approval, with the right to one redo.
Your order will be delivered by the chosen carrier within the timeframe provided or can be picked up at our home in São Paulo. According to our terms of use and conditions, returns of customized items will not be accepted.
Your orders will be delivered in a Seine Peach box, wrapped with a grosgrain ribbon, except for those that will be packaged in an equally special gift bag. To make the gift even more unique, you can add a card with a handwritten message.
