Special Order

1. Will the embroidery look exactly like the layout?
No. Since these products and embroideries are entirely handmade, some details may not be identical to the layout. Additionally, certain techniques (such as watercolor effects or color gradients) cannot be precisely reproduced in embroidery.

2. How many times can I request changes to the layout or design?
We offer the first 2 changes to the embroidery layout or design free of charge. Starting with the third change request, an additional fee of R$ 150.00 will apply.

3. How much does the embroidery cost?
Embroidery prices vary depending on the type and size. To receive a detailed presentation of the complexities, please contact our customer service team: +55 11 97115-0488.

4. Can the album be completed sooner than the minimum time frame?
Yes, but we can only confirm this possibility after the layout is approved. If your timeline is shorter than the minimum production time, we suggest choosing one of our in-stock products or a gift card.

5. Is the embroidery cost added to the album price?
Yes, as it’s possible to add simpler or more complex embroidery to any album type.

Photography Albums

1. What types of albums do you offer?
We offer 2 types of albums (a traditional album with blank pages for printed and pasted photos; and a photographic album, where photos are printed in high resolution directly on photographic sheets) in 2 sizes (20x20 cm and 30x30 cm).

Traditional Album (Cameron or East):

This album comes with blank pages for you to print and paste the photos yourself; 30x30 cm costs R$ 740.00, and 20x20 cm costs R$ 640.00. If you wish, you can also use our photo printing and assembly service for an additional R$ 1,490.00. Choosing this option brings the total cost to R$ 2,230.00 (30x30 cm album) or R$ 2,130.00 (20x20 cm album).

2. How many photos does it hold?

For the 30x30 cm album (80 pages) – Cameron Album:

• Up to 240 photos (all 10x15 cm)

• Up to 160 photos (all 13x18 cm)

• Up to 130 photos (100 photos 13x18 cm and 30 photos 20x25 cm) - MH Studios signature

• 80 photos (all 20x25 cm)

For the 20x20 cm album (80 pages) – East Album:

• 80 photos (all 10x15 cm or 13x18 cm)


Photographic Album (Wilson or West):

Photos are printed directly on the pages – for this option, the 30x30 cm album costs R$ 2,790.00, and the 20x20 cm album costs R$ 1,890.00, which includes layout and printing.

How many photos does it hold?

For the 30x30 cm album (60 pages) – Wilson Album:

• Up to 240 photos, though we suggest up to 160 photos.

For the 20x20 cm album (60 pages) – West Album:

• Up to 80 photos.

If you would like to add more photos, you can purchase additional pages via email:

• Extra Page (30x30 Album) | R$ 80.00

• Extra Page (20x20 Album) | R$ 50.00

2. What type of adhesive should I use to paste my photos?

We recommend using acid-free double-sided tape for assembling the album.


3. Which types of photos and materials are more durable?
Both types of photos and all materials have the same durability. We simply suggest handling them with clean hands and, if necessary, cleaning them with a dry cloth. If you prefer to protect your album with gloves or a case, check the available options here. (hyperlink)

4. When MH Studios assembles the album, do the photos come with corner mounts?

No, photos are attached without corner mounts.

5. What paper and weight should I choose for printing photos?
We recommend standard photo paper with a traditional weight of 150g to 180g, matte finish, and white borders.

Production and Delivery Times

1. How long does it take to complete my order?
Our production time varies depending on the product. The timeline starts from the confirmation of your order, except for albums with photo assembly/printing, which begin upon receiving the photos. You can check this information directly on the product page by adding the item to your cart and entering your ZIP code. Production times are subject to change without notice.

2. What if I need the product sooner?
Urgent orders or those with specific delivery dates should be requested by email and are subject to availability and an additional fee of 25% of the order value.

3.What is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies according to the ZIP code, carrier, and the shipping method selected by the customer. To calculate delivery time, enter your ZIP code in the designated field in your cart. After entering your ZIP code, click on “Calculate.” The delivery time and cost will be displayed on the right side of the cart. For multiple-item purchases, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest production time.

4. How are deliveries made?
Our deliveries are made via carrier (Mandaê) or the postal service. Delivery can be received by third parties who assume responsibility for the receipt. We make one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange the best way to receive your product. A second attempt may incur an additional shipping cost. Deliveries by mail and carrier follow the delivery time, payment, and receipt policies established by those companies.

5. Can delivery be scheduled?
No. Urgent deliveries must be arranged by email and occur during business hours. You may also choose to pick up your product from our office.

6. What is the shipping cost?
On the “Shopping Cart” page, you can calculate the shipping cost for your order. Just enter your ZIP code in the designated shipping field and click “Calculate.” For deliveries within São Paulo, you may also choose to pick up the product from our office.

7. Can I change the delivery address?
After selecting the product, going through the cart, and completing your identification, you will need to confirm the delivery address. You can register multiple delivery addresses for your orders. To do so, fill in the form, click “Save” and “Use this address.” You can also edit or delete an existing address. For completed orders, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
