When registering, customers voluntarily determine that they wish to provide their personal data required when contracting, updating or canceling certain services offered on or through the website, such as: promotions, purchases in the virtual store, contact with customer service and others.

The information collected through the browsing of Internet users in the MH Studios online store is used for the basic purpose of identifying: the public, user, their profile and purchasing habits, for management, administration, service, expansion and improvements in the products and services offered; for adapting the services to the preferences and tastes of users; for the creation of new products and services; and also for sending operational and commercial information related to the products and services, by traditional and/or electronic means.

Exchanges and Returns:
The procedures below were based on the Consumer Protection Code and demonstrate that the relationship between our customers must be based on trust and mutual good faith.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request an exchange of the product within the 90 (ninety) day warranty period offered by MH Studios. Products must preferably be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice and accessories (if the product has any).

Incidents involving exchange or return must be reported to our Customer Service Center via email at contato@mhstudios.com.

Refuse the merchandise if any of the following situations occur:

Open or damaged packaging;
Damaged product;
Product does not match the order; and/or
Lack of accessories.

MH Studios is not obliged to repair, exchange or refund products that show clear signs of misuse. Always check the product upon receipt. If there is any problem, please contact our Customer Service immediately. The product must be collected from the same address where it was delivered.

Product defect analysis:

The defect assessment will be carried out by our team and then the final report of the exchange request will be issued. Average completion time: 15 working days after receipt of the product.

In the event of a favorable report for the exchange, the customer will receive at the original address, at no additional cost, a replacement of the product for another of the same model. If the product is not in stock, the customer will be notified and may choose another model for exchange from the options available on the website, respecting the credit limit. If there is a difference in price between the chosen product and the product claimed, the difference must be paid.

In the event of a report against the exchange, the product will be returned without the right to replacement. The reasons for rejection are as follows:

Absence of defect (no evidence of the damage reported by the customer);
Signs of improper use of the product;
Evidence of accidental and/or intentional damage;
Natural wear and tear due to use;
Improper washing of the product.

The costs of reshipping, in the event of a report contrary to the exchange, will be the responsibility of the customer.

WITHDRAWAL:

In case of return due to regret or withdrawal, the following conditions must be respected:

The deadline to cancel the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt;
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the Invoice and all accessories.

MH Studios will arrange for the collection of the merchandise from the location where it was delivered. For returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction, MH Studios reserves the right to charge shipping costs as well as other expenses associated with the return.

Please note that the 7-day exchange and/or return policy does not apply to customized products, which cannot be returned or exchanged, since these are products made exclusively for each order. Please note that once the customization has been made, it cannot be removed, leaving the product unusable for any other sale. If your customized item has a defect in the product or customization, please contact our Customer Service Center.

If all the conditions listed above are met, MH Studios will refund the full amount of your order.

If you live in São Paulo, you can choose to pick up your order at our office, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. To do so, select the "Pick up at office" option when checking out. Your order will be available for pick up within the time period indicated at check out. In any case, we will contact you to let you know that your order is now available for pick up.

For other destinations, the MH Studios online store uses the delivery services of the Brazilian Post Office. The shipping cost is calculated automatically on the website. This calculation takes into account the delivery location (postal code), order value, weight and cubic capacity of the products.

There are two ways to send orders: PAC (Standard Parcel), with a delivery time of between 10 and 15 business days, after the posting date; and SEDEX (express parcel), with an average delivery time of 48 hours for capital cities and 72 hours for the interior, after the posting date and upon confirmation of the order. The Brazilian Post Office offers delivery coverage throughout the national territory by PAC and, in the main cities, by SEDEX.

MH Studios is a company linked to the products, texts, photographs, images and logos present in this online store, which are protected by copyright, industrial property and personality rights relating to the image, voice and name. The MH Studios brand is registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the body responsible for registering trademarks in Brazil and with several other competent bodies abroad.

In this way, MH Studios has the right to prevent third parties from improperly using its brands and other materials published in the online store, thus protecting itself against unfair competition.

Therefore, the user agrees to be solely responsible for the unauthorized use of the content of this online store and that MH Studios will spare no effort to fully preserve its property rights. This policy is governed by Brazilian laws and must be interpreted in Portuguese. Any conflict situation that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation must be settled in the Courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

MH Studios reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as those relating to commercial practices. In any case, MH Studios will publish these changes on the online store.
